Actor Noel Clarke has entered not guilty pleas to a series of sexual offence allegations at Westminster Magistrates Court in London. The former Doctor Who and Kidulthood star faced the court on Wednesday to answer charges spanning sexual assault, voyeurism and exposure involving five women over a nine-year period.
According to BBC News, Clarke, aged 50 and residing in Kensington, west London, contested all six charges brought against him. The allegations relate to incidents allegedly occurring between 2007 and 2016, with the specific charges comprising two counts of sexual assault, three counts of voyeurism and one count of exposure.
Clarke's legal proceedings follow charges filed in September 2026 after a criminal investigation that commenced in September 2025. The actor is scheduled to make his next court appearance at Southwark Crown Court on 18 November, where the case will proceed to the Crown Court stage.
The 50-year-old built his entertainment career through multiple roles across acting, writing, production and directing. He achieved prominence playing Mickey Smith in the science fiction series Doctor Who, appearing in the role from 2005 to 2010. Following this breakthrough, Clarke went on to establish himself as a successful figure across film and television, including work on the film Kidulthood.
