Ownership and Funding

Who runs The UK Pulse, how it pays for itself, and what that means for what you read.
Who publishes this site
The UK Pulse is an independently owned digital publisher. We are not owned by, affiliated with, or funded by any political party, campaign group, government body or news organisation. No outside party has any right of approval over what appears on this site.
How we are funded
- Display advertising: Advertisements shown alongside our articles. Advertisers have no influence over the news we publish and no advance sight of it.
- Paid partner links: We carry a small number of paid links to other websites. These are marked as sponsored so that both readers and search engines can tell them apart from editorial links.
Keeping commerce and content apart
Our articles are generated automatically from news sources and no commercial arrangement can alter which stories are published or how they are written. Nobody can pay to appear in, or to be kept out of, our news coverage. Any commercial content is labelled.
Your data
We collect only what is needed to run the site and understand which articles are read. What we collect and why is set out in full in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
