The three victims sustained minor injuries during the assault. Abdisamad Siad, 33, of Pilgrims Way in Islington, has been charged with three counts of assault by beating in connection with the incident.

This assault represents another incident affecting London's Jewish community. In March, four men appeared at the Old Bailey charged with arson after Jewish community ambulances were set alight in Golders Green, with those defendants remaining in custody awaiting a plea hearing scheduled for August. Additionally, a man pleaded guilty to racially aggravated assault on an Orthodox Jewish man in Slough, where the victim recorded the abuse and described feeling targeted because of his religion. An 18-year-old was also charged with assisting an offender in the Golders Green ambulance arson, which occurred on 23 March.
