Large Fire Incident at Edinburgh Flats
A significant fire erupted at a block of flats located on Restalrig Road South in Edinburgh.
Emergency services were alerted to the blaze at approximately 19:06.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) deployed four fire engines along with a specialist height team to manage the situation and they continue to operate at the scene.
Police Scotland confirmed that Restalrig Road South has been closed to traffic, advising motorists to avoid the area.

Lothian Buses announced that several bus routes have been diverted due to the incident.
"Due to a road closure, buses are unable to serve Restalrig Road South and Lochend Avenue and are instead diverted via Sleigh Drive in both directions until further notice."
