Apple Reports Strong Sales Growth

Apple has experienced unprecedented demand for its iPhone, with sales growth in China surpassing all other regions.

In its financial results released Thursday, the company reported a 17% increase in overall sales of Apple products, reaching $111 billion (£81 billion) in the first quarter compared to the same period last year. Sales in China rose by 28% year-over-year.
