Swansea Close to Signing Moussa Yeo from RB Salzburg

Swansea City are nearing the acquisition of Moussa Yeo from Red Bull Salzburg. The 22-year-old winger is anticipated to undergo a medical examination at the Championship club as part of the process to secure a permanent transfer to the Swansea.com Stadium.

Yeo has previously worked under current Swansea head coach Vitor Matos during their time together at the Austrian club in 2024. Matos has expressed a desire to strengthen his options on the wings following the departures of loan players Manuel Benson, who left in January, and Gustavo Nunes.

In the 2025-26 season, Swansea's primary wide players Ronald and Eom Jisung scored four and two league goals respectively. Zeidane Inoussa, who joined Swansea last summer, missed a significant portion of his debut season due to a back injury but managed to score once in 29 appearances when fit.
