Eddie Howe has stepped down as head coach of Newcastle United after nearly five years in charge. The 48-year-old leaves following a disappointing season in which the Magpies finished 12th in the Premier League.
Howe had previously helped the club qualify for the Champions League on two occasions and guided them to the League Cup in 2024-25.
