Celtic have submitted an offer for Feyenoord right-back Jordan Lotomba, the 27-year-old defender who has twelve months left on his contract at the Dutch club.

The Scottish club's recruitment activity extends across multiple positions. They are on the verge of finalising terms with Torino for midfielder Gvidas Gineitis, the Lithuania international who featured in the Coppa Italia match against Monza on the previous evening. This represents a fresh attempt by Celtic to secure the midfielder, having previously pursued the player earlier in the transfer window.

In the goalkeeping department, Celtic have completed a season-long loan arrangement with Wolverhampton Wanderers for former England international Sam Johnstone, bolstering their options between the posts.

On the attacking front, Celtic have secured an 18-month loan agreement for Chelsea striker Shim Mheuka, bringing the young forward to Parkhead on a temporary basis. The club is also progressing negotiations for Chelsea left-back Landon Emenalo, also 18 years old, with a loan deal expected to be finalised in the coming days.

Meanwhile, Rangers face potential departures from their midfield. Nico Raskin remains a target for clubs in Turkey and the Saudi Pro League, with the Belgian midfielder available should an acceptable offer materialise. Similarly, Norwegian midfielder Thelo Aasgaard has attracted attention from clubs in his home country.
