Two Men Arrested Following Multi-Vehicle Collision Injuring Five-Year-Old
Two men have been arrested in connection with a collision involving four vehicles that resulted in serious injuries to a five-year-old child.
The incident occurred on the A4067 near Craig-y-Nos in the Brecon Beacons at approximately 17:50 on Sunday, 5 July.
The collision involved a green Ford Fiesta, a yellow Ford Fiesta, a black Volkswagen Polo, and a grey Vauxhall Grandland.
Five individuals sustained serious injuries and were transported to hospital for treatment, including the five-year-old child, who remains in stable condition at the hospital.
The driver of the green Ford Fiesta, a 39-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and child neglect.
The driver of the yellow Ford Fiesta, a 65-year-old man, was also arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
Both men remain in custody.
Dyfed-Powys Police have appealed for any information related to the incident.
