A one-year-old boy is in hospital with life-threatening injuries after reportedly falling from an upstairs window in Gillingham on Sunday. Kent Police said it was contacted by South East Coast Ambulance Service at about 18:10 BST after paramedics treated a child at a property in Woodlands Road.
What is known about the fall?
It is understood the child fell from a window at a flat above a shop. The force said the child was taken to a London hospital for treatment.

Police said inquiries into the circumstances remain ongoing. No further details about how the fall happened have been released.
