A 33-year-old man has pleaded guilty to assaulting former boxing world champion Joe Cordina during an incident at a petrol station in Pentwyn, Cardiff, in February.
Jamie O'Brien, from Pentwyn, appeared at Cardiff Magistrates' Court where he confirmed his identity and entered a guilty plea to assault by beating. The incident took place at a Texaco garage in the Pentwyn area.
