Tom Kim has ended his three-year wait for a tournament victory by delivering an outstanding performance on the final day of the Genesis Scottish Open. The South Korean golfer, who had faced challenges with form and confidence since his last win and had dropped significantly in the world rankings, showcased his skill with a flawless final round of 64, finishing at 17 under par at the Renaissance Club.
The 24-year-old secured the championship with a two-shot lead over runner-up Min Woo Lee. Meanwhile, local favorite Bob MacIntyre, aiming for a second home title, was unable to keep pace and concluded the tournament four shots behind Kim, tied with Matt Fitzpatrick.
