Bayern Munich are among several elite European clubs pursuing Brighton defender Luka Vuskovic, with the 19-year-old Croatian international also attracting attention from Chelsea and Barcelona. The Bavarian side has identified the centre-back as a target, though a January move is considered unlikely with Bayern reportedly aiming for summer 2027.

Vuskovic, who joined Brighton from Tottenham for £46m plus a sell-on clause and remains under contract until 2031, impressed during a loan spell at Hamburg last season. The defender made 30 appearances across all competitions for the German club, contributing six goals to their campaign. Tottenham retain a reported 20% sell-on clause from the original transfer, which could influence any future deal.
Manchester United's Gabriel attracting Spanish interest
Bayern Munich have conducted fresh discussions with 16-year-old Manchester United attacking midfielder JJ Gabriel, though they have not yet submitted a formal offer. The club believes Gabriel is inclined towards a move to Spain, where Barcelona and Real Madrid are positioned as the leading contenders for his signature. As of 10 October, Gabriel and his family had not made a final decision on his future, with PSG also monitoring the prospect and no club-to-club contact having taken place.

Serie A and Premier League transfer activity
AC Milan are pursuing Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott, the 23-year-old England international whose market value continues to rise. Despite the increasing cost, the Italian club remains committed to acquiring the player. In a separate development, Porto have substantially raised the release clause for 20-year-old Brazilian forward William Gomes to 100 million euros (£85m), a move that comes amid reported interest from Liverpool in the striker.
Liverpool are also exploring the possibility of signing Barcelona defender Jules Kounde, with the La Liga club open to negotiating a sale at £60m for the French full-back. Meanwhile, Chelsea maintain their interest in Monaco midfielder Lamine Camara, the 22-year-old Senegal international they missed out on during the summer transfer window. However, the Blues are unwilling to meet Monaco's valuation of 70 million euros (£59m) for the midfielder.

Youth recruitment across Europe
Manchester City made an approach during the summer to recruit 17-year-old United States forward Mathis Albert from Borussia Dortmund, as the English champions continue their strategy of identifying emerging talent across Europe's top leagues.
