Glastonbury Festival will return in 2027 following a fallow year in 2026, with the first allocation of tickets becoming available to registered attendees in early October. The event runs from 23 to 27 June 2027 at Worthy Farm in Pilton, Somerset.

Coach travel packages will open for purchase at 18:00 BST on 1 October, followed by general admission tickets at 09:00 BST on 4 October. Those wishing to buy must have completed pre-registration on the festival's official website, with the registration window having closed on 25 September.

A general admission ticket costs £408, including a £5 booking fee, plus £11.25 postage and packing per order. Buyers will pay a £100 deposit per person at the time of purchase, with the remaining £308 due between 1 and 7 April 2027. This represents the festival's highest ticket price ever, standing £29.50 higher than the 2025 price.

Coach services will depart from 28 locations nationwide, including London, Bristol, Bath, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester and Cardiff. Coach travel packages incur a £3 administration fee in addition to the selected fare, with the Manchester route costing £122.

The festival employs an automatic queuing system on sale days, requiring attendees to be online before the designated start time with a valid registration number. Each transaction permits the purchase of up to six tickets.

Those who miss the October sales window will have an opportunity to secure tickets during a spring resale expected in April 2027. Anyone unable to complete pre-registration before the 25 September deadline can also attempt to purchase during this later allocation.

What about the headliners?

Festival organiser Emily Eavis has confirmed that headliners for 2027 remain unannounced. However, she has directly addressed speculation regarding one prominent act: Oasis will not be performing at the festival.

The band announced a substantial 2027 reunion tour last week, which includes a return to Knebworth House for four nights in September, an 11-night Manchester residency, and five Glasgow dates. This schedule left a gap in their calendar that some fans had hoped would be filled by a Glastonbury appearance. Eavis dismissed these rumours in a direct response to a festival attendee on social media.
