Incidents During Arsenal Victory Parade
Six individuals were stabbed and 24 arrests were made in connection with Arsenal's victory parade in north London, according to the Metropolitan Police.
Most of those injured in the stabbings sustained non-life-threatening wounds. However, a man in his 20s was transported to hospital in a life-threatening condition following an attack on Hornsey Road shortly before 20:30 BST on Sunday. Police have since reported that his condition is now stable.
Police Deployment and Crowd Size
More than 500 officers were deployed to manage the event, which drew hundreds of thousands of supporters celebrating Arsenal's Premier League title win.
Police Injuries and Arrests
During the celebrations, police reported that one officer suffered a slash wound to the hand, and another was struck on the head by objects thrown by attendees.
The 24 arrests made include 10 individuals suspected of assaulting police officers, three on suspicion of sexual assault, and one on suspicion of grievous bodily harm related to an attack that resulted in a head injury.
