The initial day of practice for the Isle of Man TT races was cut short following a serious incident on the northern section of the course, according to organisers.

The session was red flagged at approximately 13:50 BST after the incident occurred at Parliament Square in Ramsey, prompting the activation of "serious incident procedures".
