Fatal Van Crash in the Highlands
A man has died following a van crash in the Highlands.
The incident involved a Ford Transit van and occurred on the A86 between Laggan and Kinlochlaggan at approximately 12:50 pm on Saturday.
Police confirmed that the van driver was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed, but formal identification is still pending.
Sgt Kate Finlayson, of Police Scotland, said: "I would ask anyone who may have witnessed the crash, or who may have dashcam footage from around this time on the A86 and has not yet spoken to, or provided this information to officers, to contact us as soon as possible."
The road was closed for eight hours following the crash.
