Authorities have stated that there will be no public access to Murrayfield stadium during this period, and no visible activity will be apparent once personnel are inside the venue.

Details of the Training Exercise

The training is part of Exercise Kukri Dawn, which was previously conducted at RAF Odiham in Hampshire, England.

A Police Scotland spokesperson commented on the importance of such exercises:

"Exercises are a crucial way for different organisations to learn, share knowledge and work well together.
It's important for exercises to be as realistic as possible to fully test a multi-agency response.
In real life, this could save lives and prevent further injuries."

Additionally, Police Scotland confirmed that stadium staff have informed residents in the surrounding area about the upcoming training exercise.
