Hannah Fry's death is being treated as "unexplained" after she became unwell following police attendance at an address in Meadow Croft, Longridge, on 13 July. The 29-year-old died in hospital later that day, and Lancashire Police said a man has been questioned on suspicion of manslaughter.
The force said Fry, described by her family as "bubbly" and "truly one of a kind", died after officers were called to the address. Police said the death of the "devoted" mother-of-two is being treated as "unexplained" while enquiries continue.
Police said a 31-year-old man had initially been arrested on suspicion of coercive and controlling behaviour and then was further arrested on suspicion of manslaughter. The man has since been bailed while the investigation continues.
Police said a 23-year-old man was also arrested in relation to the offence that was reported on the day of Fry's death, which prompted the police to attend the address.

Lancashire Police said the investigation is ongoing and a mandatory referral has been made to the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
A spokesperson for the force said:

How has Hannah Fry's family paid tribute?
Fry's parents, Kevin and Sarah Harcup, paid tribute to "our beautiful and only daughter, the light of our lives and the love in our hearts and souls". They said she was "a devoted mother to her two precious daughters, a cherished daughter, granddaughter, sister, and a loyal, loving friend to so many".
They added:
At just 29-years-old, Hannah's life was far too short.
They said of their daughter:
She was not only beautiful inside and out, but also funny, bubbly, witty, and full of life, with a fantastic personality.
Her parents said Fry would be remembered for her
madcap sense of humouras well as her
extraordinary capacity for love, kindness, compassion and loyalty.
They added:
She will be forever missed, not only by our family but by the countless people whose lives she touched.
Fry's middle name, Eidann, means
Gift from God, her parents said, adding that she
truly was the greatest gift we could ever have received.
They continued:
Gone far too soon but loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
And they said:
Until we see you again, Hannah, we love you to the moon, the stars, and back.
