Bulldozer Incident at Village Pub

A man has admitted to driving a bulldozer into a village pub during its opening hours, causing destruction to the front porch and damage to the exterior walls.

Police responded shortly after 20:45 GMT on 4 December following reports that a bulldozer had driven over an unoccupied parked car before crashing into the New Inn, located in the hamlet of Cefn Rhigos.

Legal Proceedings

Daniel Morgan, a 35-year-old resident of Rhigos in Rhondda Cynon Taf, pleaded guilty to multiple charges including dangerous driving, criminal damage, and aggravated vehicle-taking and property damage.

He is scheduled to be sentenced on 20 April and was informed by Merthyr Crown Court to anticipate a prison sentence.
