Man in Critical Condition After Being Found Unconscious

A man is currently in critical condition in hospital following an incident in Belfast city centre where he was found unconscious.

Emergency services were alerted when paramedics responded to the man on Royal Avenue at approximately 16:40 GMT on Saturday.

Medical personnel provided immediate assistance before the man was transported to hospital for further treatment.

Police Investigation Underway

The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) issued a statement indicating that officers are investigating a potential connection between this incident and an earlier assault reported at 16:30 GMT in nearby Castle Place.
