Man charged after woman’s death at Edinburgh house

A 46-year-old man has been charged after Vikki Soloman, 44, was found seriously injured and died at a house in Edinburgh on Monday evening.

A 46-year old man has been charged over the death of a woman following a disturbance at a house in Edinburgh. Vikki Soloman, 44, was found with serious injuries at the property in Craigievar Square, in the city's East Craigs area, at about 20:45 on Monday.

Soloman was pronounced dead at the scene and the man was arrested.

Police Scotland said he had now been charged and was due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Thursday.
