Firefighters Respond to Blaze Near Flats in Edinburgh
Firefighters responded to a fire that broke out in a commercial property located beneath a block of flats in Edinburgh.
At approximately 17:00, six fire engines along with a height vehicle were dispatched to Dalry Road. One individual received treatment at the scene.
As a safety measure, nearby properties were evacuated and the public was advised to avoid the area. The road has since been reopened to traffic.
Police established a cordon around the scene and stated that investigations into the cause of the fire are ongoing.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that all crews had left the location by 22:00.
