Police have appealed for anyone with information to contact them after an eight-year-old girl and a man in his 40s were taken to hospital with serious injuries following a crash between a quad bike and a van in County Tyrone.
Police received a report of the collision on the Edergole Road in Omagh at about 19:05 BST on Saturday. The driver of the van, a 26-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of offences including driving with excess alcohol in breath and causing grievous bodily injury by driving carelessly with excess alcohol.
The road had been closed but has since reopened.
