The red car is seen striking one of the parked vehicles with such force that it becomes momentarily airborne, triggering car alarms on both sides of the street.
The incident occurred on 9 March at approximately 00:25 GMT on Maesglas Crescent in Newport.
Gwent Police have confirmed that their investigation into the event is ongoing.
