Omar Majed, from Washwood Heath, Birmingham, is scheduled to appear before magistrates in the city on Monday, according to West Midlands Police.

The incident occurred on Friday night at the Utilita Arena, where the venue was evacuated and the comedian was hurried off the stage after a report was made about a suspicious bag left in the vicinity.
