Liza Tarbuck Announces Departure from Radio 2 Saturday Show
BBC presenter Liza Tarbuck is stepping down from her Saturday evening show on Radio 2 after hosting it for 14 years.
She shared the news with her fans on Instagram, expressing her gratitude for the experience.
"We made 2 hrs [hours] of radio feel like a private members club, that's the stuff of dreams."
Shaun Keaveny, who hosts The Rock Show, will temporarily take over the Saturday evening slot until the end of March.

Radio 2's Tribute to Tarbuck
Helen Thomas, Head of Radio 2, praised Tarbuck's contribution to the station and expressed well wishes for her future.
"Every Saturday evening, Liza created a truly magical, fantastical world," Thomas said. "She was beloved by everyone at the station and all her listeners, and the door at Radio 2 will always be open for her."
"She will be hugely missed and we wish her the very best of luck for the future."

Tarbuck had been the host of the Saturday evening show from 18:00 to 20:00 since 2012.

Keaveny responded to Tarbuck's announcement with admiration and affection.
