Will Wand and the outstanding Billy Searle each scored two tries, complemented by Archie van der Flier's effort, before Ross Vintcent responded for Exeter just before halftime.
After the interval, Will Haydon-Wood added a try for the Chiefs, but Leicester extended their lead with further tries from Van der Flier, Gabriel Hamer-Webb, Tareq Haffar, James O'Connor, and a penalty try, culminating in a record-breaking performance for the home side.
