Wales' Six Nations Performance Praised by Jac Morgan
Jac Morgan will depart Ospreys at the conclusion of the season after signing with Gloucester. Reflecting on Wales' Six Nations campaign, Morgan expressed strong encouragement and was pleased for his teammates to secure a victory against Italy.
The British and Irish Lions flanker was expected to captain Wales during the tournament but was sidelined due to a dislocated shoulder sustained in the autumn international against Argentina. Observing from the stands, Morgan commented on the team's performance.
"You could see how the boys and the squad were growing, learning and getting better every week," he said.
"I loved being there to support.
"It was great to see how everything that they've been building on, working on and improving on coming to fruition in that last game.
"Being able to get that win, it was a great feeling. It's an opportunity now to build on that and and hopefully take it into the summer."
Return to Action and Ospreys' URC Campaign
Morgan, aged 26, made his return to play in Ospreys' recent 31-19 loss to Benetton and aims to assist his team in reaching the United Rugby Championship (URC) play-offs before his move to Gloucester next season.
"It was a great feeling being back out with the boys," Morgan said. "I really missed it over the last few months.
"It's a tough one getting injured. I've picked up a couple now over the last few years.
"It's just one of the things that happens with rugby and it's something that does happen. If it does, it's trying to come back the best that I can and get back onto the field as quick as possible and in as best shape possible."

Ospreys are scheduled to face Connacht on Saturday at 14:15 GMT. Currently positioned 10th in the URC standings, they trail the play-off spots by six points. With only five games remaining, Morgan recognizes the critical nature of each match.
"You want to win every game and it's going to be a tough challenge with the teams that are coming up," he stated.
"We want to get into the play-offs and try and go as far as we can in Europe as well.
"It'll be great to be able to achieve that, being able to play in the play-offs a couple of years ago was a great experience to be involved in, and it's something that you want to get to again, especially as a squad.
"It's going to be an important few weeks coming up."
