The Chiefs became only the second team in the last ten years to win a semi-final on the road. They will now advance to the Allianz Stadium next Saturday for the seventh time in their history to face Northampton Saints for the Premiership title.

Trailing 26-10 at halftime, Exeter scored 17 unanswered points in the second half. Ben Hammersley, Greg Fisilau, and Ethan Burger each scored tries as Bath's defense faltered, compounded by Joe Cokanasiga receiving a sin-bin.

In the closing moments, Bath had an opportunity to clinch the match. They executed over 40 phases near Exeter's try line but opted against attempting a drop goal. Ultimately, Bath was held up over the line, ending their season abruptly.
