Wales Midfielder Griffiths Joins Exeter City
Wales midfielder Alice Griffiths has signed with Women's National League South club Exeter City.
The 25-year-old initially joined Scottish club Rangers on a two-year contract in July, scoring her first senior goal in October. She will now move from Glasgow to the south coast of England to continue her career.
Griffiths has earned 17 international caps and was included in Wales' squad for Euro 2025.
However, she was not selected for Rhian Wilkinson's squad for the World Cup qualifiers against the Czech Republic and Montenegro in March.
Prior to her time at Rangers, Griffiths played for Cardiff Met and Charlton Athletic. She then joined Southampton for the 2021-22 season, where she contributed to the club's promotion to the Women's Championship for the first time during her debut season.
Additionally, she had a brief loan period with Durham.
