Police responded to the scene at approximately 19:55 on Saturday after receiving reports of a small battery pack explosion.
The police confirmed that the cinema complex was evacuated as a precautionary measure, ensuring there was no broader threat to public safety.
A woman sustained minor injuries and received treatment from paramedics at the site before being transported to the hospital for further care.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service deployed four appliances along with a height vehicle to manage the situation.
