Three Men Appear in Court Following Major Drug Seizure

Three men have appeared in court after police seized drugs valued at £1.8 million in Aberdeen.

Authorities discovered cannabis cultivations inside properties located on Elmbank Terrace, Bothwell Road, and Broomhill Road on Wednesday. Alongside the drugs, a five-figure sum of money was also recovered during the operation.

Details of Court Appearances

Xhevair Aliaj, 30, and Drini Vilaj, 31, both of no fixed abode, faced charges under the Misuse of Drugs Act when they appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court. Both men made no plea and were remanded in custody.

Indrit Thanasi, 43, of Aberdeen, also appeared in court, made no plea, and was released on bail.
