Three Appear in Court Over Aberdeen Man's Death

Two men and a woman have appeared in court following the death of a man in Aberdeen last year.

David Prystajko, aged 44, was found deceased at a property on Marquis Road on Saturday, 22 November.

Daniel Mlynarski, 28, Radoslaw Ferbes, 32, and Ewa Marzec, 43, appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court charged with culpable homicide.

They made no plea and were remanded in custody.

Family Statement and Police Comments

Prystajko's family described him as a "deeply loved father, son and brother".

"He was a caring and loving person, and the grief experienced due to this unexpected loss has been unimaginable.
There has not been a single day that David has been out of our thoughts, and he will remain in our hearts forever."

Police Scotland Detective Inspector Andy Machray said:

"Our thoughts remain with David's family during this difficult time."
