Fatal Collision in South Ayrshire

A 57-year-old man has died following a collision involving two cars and a motorcycle in South Ayrshire.

The incident occurred shortly after 18:30 on Friday on the B7024 Alloway to Maybole road.

The vehicles involved were a red Honda VFR800 motorcycle, a grey Omoda 9 Noble, and a white Volkswagen Tiguan.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene, while no other injuries were reported.

Investigation Underway

Sgt Neal Galbraith commented on the incident:

"Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the man who died in this collision.
Our investigation to establish exactly what happened is ongoing and we would urge anyone who may have information to get in touch."

Authorities have requested that anyone with information or relevant dashcam footage contact Police Scotland to assist with the investigation.
