Fire Incident on Nord Houston at Newport Docks

A fire has erupted on the vessel Nord Houston, which was docked at Newport Docks, carrying 1,000 tonnes of scrap metal.

Fire crews responded to the incident at approximately 05:40 BST on Sunday. The South Wales Fire and Rescue Service (SWFRS) confirmed that a substantial number of resources have been deployed to manage the situation.
