Stars Reunite for Euphoria Season Three Premiere
TV drama Euphoria has served as a significant platform for launching the careers of several prominent Hollywood actors. The cast reunited on the red carpet for the premiere of the show’s third and potentially final season.
Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, and Jacob Elordi are among the actors who rose to superstardom following their appearances in the first two seasons.
After a four-year hiatus since the last season, the actors returned to their roles and attended the season three launch event in Los Angeles on Tuesday, ahead of the series release scheduled for Sunday.
They were accompanied by the show’s creator, Sam Levinson, who informed Variety that there are currently "no plans" for a fourth season.

Zendaya’s Role and Career Progression
Zendaya, now 29 years old, has expanded her career with leading roles in blockbuster films such as Dune and the Spider-Man franchise, along with independent films like Challengers and The Drama.
In Euphoria, she reprises her role as Rue, a character who faces new challenges, including trouble with a drug dealer to whom she owes money.
Regarding the possibility of season three being the series finale, Zendaya recently commented on Drew Barrymore’s TV show:
"I think so, yeah."
Sydney Sweeney and Jacob Elordi’s Roles and Recent Work
Sydney Sweeney portrays Cassie, who has evolved into an adult content creator in the new season.
Since the previous season, Sweeney has appeared in films such as Anyone but You, The Housemaid, and Christy.

Jacob Elordi plays Nate, Cassie’s husband. This year, he received an Oscar nomination for his portrayal of the monster in Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein.
Elordi also starred as Heathcliff in Emerald Fennell’s adaptation of Emily Brontë’s Wuthering Heights, which received mixed reviews, and earned a Golden Globe nomination for his role in the TV drama The Narrow Road to the Deep North.

New Cast Members and Showrunner Comments
The third season introduces new cast members, including Natasha Lyonne, known for her roles in Poker Face and Russian Doll. Lyonne appeared on the red carpet alongside showrunner Sam Levinson.

Levinson discussed the future of the series with the New York Times, stating that the continuation beyond season three remains uncertain.
"If inspiration strikes and I have an idea, then I'll talk to HBO," he said. "If it makes sense, it makes sense.
"But it's such a long shoot and we put so much into it, from every department - costumes, production design, editorial, cinematography.
"We just want to get this season right. So if this is it, great. If there's more..."
Levinson also revealed that the new season pays tribute to actor Angus Cloud, who passed away at the age of 25 in 2023, aiming to "keep him alive" through storytelling.
Additional Cast and Characters
Several other cast members were present on the red carpet, including Hunter Schafer, who greeted Zendaya warmly.

Schafer plays Jules, a character attending art school while also engaging as a sugar baby, dating older men.
Anna Van Patten, known for her role alongside her sister Grace in The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox, joins the cast for the new season.

Chloe Cherry returns as Faye, a regular character from season two.

Alexa Demie reprises her role as Maddy, Cassie’s former best friend, who reappears in her life during the new season.
